PRODUCTS + FACTORY

All designs sold at ALLBALOO are designed in Vancouver, Canada by the founder of the brand, Tanya Mozafari.

​

The Unisex t-shirts are produced in our fairtrade factory located in Kolkata, India. About our factory:

​

• Our mill workers receive wages that are ~20-50% above the legal minimum wage

• Annual and periodic increments are applied to adjust to cost of living with data provided by non-profit organization Prakruthi

• Wages include a 10% annual bonus and a 5% housing allowance that subsidizes rent for workers

• Training promotes upward mobility and personal growth

• Management training is given to ensure a strict policy of non-discrimination, no child labor, dignity and respect in the workplace and to address health and safety issues

Additional worker benefits include:

​

• Meal coupons or its cash equivalent to all employees to subsidize up to 65% of meals

• Reimbursement of school fees for all children of workers

• Paid holidays: 14 annual holidays plus 1 paid day off for every 20 days of work

• Overtime paid at double the normal wage

• Medical Insurance plan enrollment to cover all employees and their dependents

• Standards for maternity leave, healthcare, and freedom from harassment

• An interest generating retirement pension fund plan

• Interest-free loans of up to six months wages

The 8008135 crop tops were produced in China. The crop tops will not be restocked as ALLBALOO moves towards being a 100% ethical and sustainable brand.

GARMENT CARE

For safe results, always test on a small hidden area of the garment first. Please note that these are general guidelines and that our products are not pre-shrunk.   

 

Organic Cotton:

• Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle

• Tumble dry on low setting

We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal payments through Stripe.

SALES TAX

​

Sales Tax is charged for Canadian and American customers and is included in the sale price.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES + TAXES

​

There may be a duties tax depending on your location which will be charged upon delivery. Please make sure to check with your local customs guidelines.

ORDER STATUS

​

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

​

It may take up to 3 business days to process orders before shipment.

​

RETURNS

​

All items must be returned within 10 business days after delivery. Items must be in original condition.

 

If you wish to return an item for either a refund or exchange, please contact us and we will email you our returns form. All returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense unless an item is incorrect or damaged prior to receipt. If an item has been received damaged, please send us images of your damaged item the day you receive it. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you for these damages.

If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

​

Items that we do not accept returns on:

• Items that appear to be worn

• Items that have been damaged or stained

​

We suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery when returning an item. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once we have received the return, followed by an email update on the return status.
